If your issue is electrical we suggest you have the scooter electronics exposed (Deck Removed) and have the following tools ready to help use diagnose your issue.

• Screw Drivers
• Multimeter (Set on DC Volts)
• Paper clip (we will explain)

Not necessary but helpful:

• Small screw drivers
• Dental pick tool

Normally on Razor models, as long as you have the required tools ready, we can diagnose almost every issue in a 15 minute time slot.
